AR Counselling

Hello everyone. My name is Abigail Reeve, welcome to AR Counselling. I am an HPCSA registered counsellor. I started AR Counselling to provide counselling to all ages and make mental health more accessible and affordable for all. In South Africa there is a great shortage of affordable and available mental health services. Some of the ways in which I offer counselling is either online or face- to face counselling. I work in Cape Town and surrounds, more specifically in the Durbanville & Blouberg area. My passion for counselling came about when I realized we all have challenges in life and some of us need a little more help to cope with these challenges. Personally, I have had my own challenges and see this as a tool to better understand others’ challenges and how to cope with them. Life is not about just surviving it is about thriving.
